Course This course is scheduled on 17 - 18 August 2006 at The Saujana, Saujana Resort, Jalan Lapangan Terbang SAAS, Shah Alam, Selangor. This two-day Course aims to provide the participants with an overview of the various aspects of arbitration. It's also to enhance the expertise of current arbitrators and for the new arbitrators to have an understanding of all aspects of arbitration and its conduct. This Course also suitable for personnel from the palm oil industry or related sectors to gain knowledge on conduct and procedure of arbitration. This Course will give opportunity for the speakers to share their valuable experiences and firsthand information concerning the legal aspects of arbitration.
